Help us resolve the question quickly
For account or payment support, write from the email address connected to the learner account and include the course duration, approximate checkout time, and a short description of what happened. Do not email a password, full payment-card number, medical record, detailed offence history, or another person’s private information.
For certificate help, include the certificate ID and describe whether the issue involves the learner name, course title, verified hours, completion date, PDF delivery, or public verification. Clearer Choice can explain its records but cannot direct a court, employer, school, insurer, lawyer, or probation office to accept a certificate.
Questions from referring professionals
Before a client enrols, tell us the required duration, deadline, delivery format, certificate fields, and any approved-provider rule. We can provide factual program information for the 4-, 6-, 8-, and 12-hour options. The referring authority remains responsible for deciding whether a particular course fits its requirement.
Existing learners who have completed a shorter Clearer Choice course can see eligible upgrade credit in their learner portal. Their original certificate remains available, and a longer certificate is issued only after the additional modules, new written work, and longer assessment are complete.
Emergency or personal careClearer Choice cannot provide emergency or clinical care. Call 911 for immediate danger or a suspected overdose. In Canada, call or text 988 for suicide crisis support. For personal medical advice, withdrawal concerns, diagnosis, counselling, or treatment, contact a qualified health professional or local service.
